The Northumberland Conservation Commission has dedicated funds toward the Board of Selectmen's filing as an intervenor in the SEC meetings re: Northern Pass. Below is the Wetland Impact report submitted as supporting evidence that the Northern Pass construction will negatively affect the three delineated wetland areas in Northumberland located within the right-of-way.
